1 cup milk
Adha cup ghee ya butter
2 egg
Backing soda
Baking powder.
Adha cup dahi
Cake bnane ka tarika.
Sab se pehle ap ek jug lay us mein milk dalay
Egg dalay or achi tarha helaye phir dahi dalay ghee ya butter dalay
Or achi tarha helaye
Phir ek channi lay suji ko chane ta k moti suji na jaye cheni aik chota chamach
Baking powder or aik chota chamach baking soda dalay
Phir sub chezain aik sath milaye or achi tarha mix kare jab sab mix ho jaye
To is paste ko 15 mint tak rakh day
Itni dair ap cooker lay us mein pani dalain or 15 mint tak cooker band kar k rakhe
Jab 15 mint ho jayen to aik steel ka bartan lay us mein ghee lagaye or sara paste us bartan main dal day
Ab cooker ki rabart nekal lay or isko cooker mein rakhe
Yaad rahe rabart nekalna zaruri hai or bell b nai lagani upar 30 mint tak aisay he cooker band kar k chor day or 30 mint bad koie tela is cake mein dal k dekhe paka hai k nai paka hai to ap nekal lo usko
Microvave mein cake bnana.
Aisay he sara paste bna k microvave mein rakh day 20 mint bad nekalay
Apka cake tyar ho chuka hoga.

Tamater gosht banan bohat he asan hai or isko hum aik ghante tak paka sakte hain chalo aj mein apko sekhaun ge tamater gosht bnana.

3. Thora sa lusan or
Adrak donu ko pes lay.
4.aik chamach haldi
5.2 chamach namak
6.2 chamach lal mirchi powder.
7.hari mirchi moti kati hui.
8.thora sa zera
9.thora sa ghe
10.hara dhanya.

Sab se pehle aik karahi lay us mein ghe dalain ghee ko garam kare or zera dale zera thori khushbu chure ga phir us mein gosht dal dain gosht dalne k bad jab gosht thora white white ho jaye tab us mein lusan adrak dalain or thora bhune us k bad namak haldi lal mirchi powder hari mirchi kati hui or tamater dal k us mein aik cup pani dalain or karahi ko dhakan dy k rakh day jab pani sai tarha khushk ho jaye tab achi tarha bhoon lay or hara dhanya dal dain or dik kare to thori si adrak lambi or barek kat k dal dain is se khana acha nazar ata hai.. agar post achi lagay to coment zarur karye ga shukriya.
